The event that officially kicks off the week will take place on November 20th at the Le Negresco hotel in Nice. Representatives from the 16 countries will then walk the red carpet on the Promenade des Anglais.
This opening ceremony will be broadcast live on France 4 television and on the official JESC YouTube channel.
