There will be 16 participating countries in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) 2022. The event will take place in Yerevan (Armenia) on the December 11th.
As previously announced, the United Kingdom is back to the format, but even so there are three countries less compared to the last year.
The non-returning countries are Azerbaijan, Bulgaria Germany and Russia, which is suspended from the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
It should be remembered that Armenia hosts JESC 2022 following Maléna’s victory last year in Paris, with the song Qami Qami.
