Image credits: Andres Putting/EBU Germany puts an end to its first stint in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC), by not participating in this year’s edition.
The confirmation comes from the children’s channel KiKa, speaking about a “creative break”, citing also the travel warnings to the host country Armenia, issued by the German foreign office.
Altought Germany is not participating, KiKa plans to broadcast the JESC 2022 live, which could indicate a sporadic absence from the event.
