The song for Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2024 has been found. The host country will be represented by Marcus & Martinus with the song Unforgettable, following winning the Melodifestivalen this Saturday.

There were 12 contestants who took to the stage at the Friends Arena in Stockholm. Maria Sur performed first, while Danny Saucedo was the last to sing. Also present was last year’s winner, Loreen, and her song Tattoo, as well as the entire team that composed it, as they were honored with entry into the Hall of Fame.

The results were determined by an international jury of eight countries (50%) and the public (50%). First, the jury scores were announced, with Marcus & Martinus receiving 85 points. Then, it was time to reveal the public votes, with the highest score, 92 points, going to Marcus & Martinus.

With the two votes combined, Marcus & Martinus and the song Unforgettable emerged victorious, totaling 177 points. With this result, they will represent Sweden at home in ESC 2024.
