Images: Screen capture RÚV All the finalists for Iceland’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2024 are now known. The second semi-final of Söngvakeppnin took place this Saturday in Reykjavik.
Five more contestants took to the stage. Two spots were guaranteed, with a potential third through the wildcard from the RÚV broadcaster.
Bashar Murad and the veteran Hera Björk were automatically qualified. The wildcard could have been given to any of the four eliminated in the semi-finals. It was awarded to Sigga Ózk, who performed in this semi-final.
The final of Söngvakeppnin will be next Saturday, March 2nd.
