Image credits: Eran Levi In a day with two premieres, Israel’s song for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2023 was just released. Noa Kirel sings Unicorn.
The song was selected internally by the broadcaster KAN, as well as the artist. The songwriters are Doron Medalie, May Sfadia, Yinon Yahel and Noa Kirel herself.
The 21-year-old singer was the first to be announced for ESC 2023: she was chosen in July last year and in August she confirmed that she had accepted the invitation. Noa Kirel’s career began in 2015, with her debut single, Medabrim.
