This Friday, the competing songs at the Eesti Laul 2023 were released. This is Estonia’s selection event for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).

There are 20 contestants, who will first be divided between the two semifinals scheduled for January 12th and 14th. Each one will feature ten songs, and five will qualify for the grand final on February 11th in each semifinals.

In the semifinals, the first four qualifiers will be decided by the combined votes of the jury and the public, while the fifth qualifier will be decided in a second round of audience voting. The shows will be at Viimsi Artium in Viimsi.

In the final, at the Tondiraba Ice HHall in Tallinn, the then finalist songs will go through a first round of voting in which an international jury and the public determine the classification whose top three advance to the super final. Then, it will only be the public to decide the results.
