Picture credits: © Corinne Cumming / EBU Switzerland won yesterday the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2024 with Nemo and the song The Code, and will thus be the host country in 2025. The public broadcaster is already working towards that.
According to the newspaper Le Temps, the board of SRG SSR met this Sunday to discuss hosting the next edition. Tomorrow, Monday, a dedicated task force will start its work.
Interest in hosting the ESC 2025 in Switzerland is already being expressed. This is the case with Palexpo in Geneva, but also the cities of Basel and St. Gallen have already stated that they would like to be able to host the event.
