Image credits: Kmeron/Flickr The first participating at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2024 it’s now officialy confirmed: on Wednesday, Mustii was announced as the representative of Belgium.
Thomas Mustin (artistic name, Mustii) is an author, composer, singer and actor. He had roles in various theater, television and Netflix productions, such as the series La Trêve and films like Grave and L’Échange des Princesses.
In addition to his acting career, which also includes roles in French television, Mustii has released two solo albums as a singer: 21st Century Boy and It’s Happening Now. He was named Revelation of the Year at the D6bels Music Awards. Next year, the artist will not only participate in ESC but also serve as a juror on Drag Race Belgique and will take part in the film La nuit se traîne.
On his social media platforms, Mustii wrote: “This is crazy but true! I will have the honor of representing Belgium at 2024 Eurovision Song Cotnest in Malmö, Sweden. I will try to meet this new challenge as intensely as possible, while staying authentic and sincere no matter what! Will you be with me?”.
ESC 2024 will take place in Malmö, Sweden, on May 7, 9 and 11.
