It’s Nebulossa with the song ‘Zorra’ for Spain at the Eurovision 2024

Nebulossa, with the song Zorra, won this Saturday at the Benidorm Fest and will thus represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2024 in Malmö.

The final of the Spanish competition took place this Saturday, featuring eight participants. María Peláe opened the stage at the Palau Municipal d’Esports l’Illa de Benidorm, while Almácor was the last to perform.

Several guests also performed: the opening act was Ruth Lorenzo, singing Dancing in the Rain, the song with which she participated in ESC 2014. After the competing performances, the guests Abraham Mateo and Camela took the stage.

In the end, the results were revealed. With a 50% weight, the professional jury gave their maximum score of 86 points to Nebulossa and St. Pedro. Then, the demoscopic jury (25%) had Jorge González at the top of the preferences with 40 points. As for the the public (25%), it preferred Nebulossa, awarding 40 points.

By summing up all the votes, Nebulossa, with the song Zorra, scored 156 points to win at the Benidorm Fest. Thus, they will represent Spain at the ESC in May.
