Image credits: EBU / Corinne Cumming France will host the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) 2023 – after winning this year’s edition thanks to Lissandro and the song Oh Maman!.
During the press conference after the show, France’s Head of delegation, Alexandra Redde-Amiel, said: “Now I can tell you something. We will organize it [JESC 2023] in France! Martin [Österdahl, JESC Executive supervisor], David [Tserunyan, Armenia’s Head of delegation], comeback to France!”.
Delphine Ernotte, the General Director of the broadcaster France TV, also confirmed France will host JESC 2023, writing on social media: “Proud of Lissandro! And proud to host next year!!”.
