Picture credits: © EBU / Sarah Louise Bennett The draw for the allocation of the qualified countries from the first semi-final to each half of the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2024 has already taken place.
After Tuesday’s semi-final, the contestants from the ten qualified countries drew lots among three possibilities: performing in the first half of the final, in the second half, or leaving that to producer’s choice.
Four countries drew the producer’s choice. Three were allocated to the first part, while the other three were drawn for the second part of the final.
After the second semi-final, scheduled for Thursday, and a similar draw with the qualifiers from it. Then, the producer will define the specific running order.
