Image credits: © Miikka Varila / Yle For the second time in three years, Cyan Kicks are competing in UMK, Finland’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC). They perform the song Dancing With Demons, and regardless of the outcome, it is their last appearance in the event.
At a press conference, one of the band members, Susanna Alexandra, assured that there won’t be a third participation: “We decided that this is the last time that we gonna take part in the UMK. If no, then it’s no, and we will take whatever comes”.
In 2022, Cyan Kicks finished second in UMK. At the time, the rock band was 89 points behind The Rasmus.
