Australia will make an internal selection of its representative at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2023 and there is no lack of interest from artists.

In addition to Dami Im, as we already reported, three more pote4ntial options have expressed their interest: Jaguar Jonze and the bands Sheppard and Voyager.

Jaguar Jonze participated in the Australian selection in 2020 and this year. Now, she has turned to Twitter to express her interest in 2023: “Just saying SBS I’d happily cancel my hair appointment in May to represent Australia on a world stage”, she wrote.

On Facebook of the website Aussievision, Sheppard (third in the 2020 national final) revealed their interest in a comment: “Consider our hat thrown in the ring! What an honor. We’re sure whoever heads to Liverpool will do us all proud”.

Likewise, Voyager, that came second in this year’s Australian selection, announced that they intend to represent the country at the ESC 2023: “Consider us interested. We’d be honoured to make the voyage…”.
