Eight of the nine candidates to represent Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2023 were revealed this Friday. They will participate in Unser Lied für Liverpool.
The German broadcaster NDR received 548 applications, of which it selected just eight. These participants and their songs are already known, but the lineup of finalists isn’t closed yet.
Until February 3rd at 20:00 (CET) is taking place a contest on TikTok under the hashtag #UnserLiedFürLiverpool. Users of that social network will choose the ninth finalist among the six candidates, and will be able to vote on the dedicated website. The winner will then be announced on February 4th on the show Alles Eurovision on eurovision.de.
