Image: Facebook CYBC: Eurovision Cyprus As previously announced, Silia Kapsis will represent Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2024. Now, the release date of her song, Liar, has been revealed: February 29.
The broadcaster CyBC confirmed the plans this week. Silia Kapsis has already finished filming the official music video, in addition to being in Los Angeles to record the final version of the song and rehearse with the choreographers.
The singer and the song were chosen internally. The initial plans involved using Fame Story to select the artist, but the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) prevented it because the talent show is produced in Greece.
