Belgium will return to a national final to elect its representative at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2023. It’s the Eurosong, and could take place on January 7 and 14.
The dates are reported by the Belgian magazine Het Laatste Nieuws. The process would begin on January 7, in a first stage in which seven performers present three songs each. One song from each one qualifies for the final scheduled for January 14.
The results would be decided exclusively by the public televoting. There would be a jury, but only in charge of commenting, according to the aforementioned publication.
As for the venue, Eurosong is planned for Palais 12/Paleis 12 in Brussels, the Belgian capital.
