All the finalists of Benidorm Fest 2023 are now selected

All the finalists of the Benidorm Fest 2023 have already been qualified. This is the Spanish selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).

The second semi-final took place this Thursday at the Palau Municipal D’esports l’Illa de Benidorm. Before the competing performances, Miguel Poveda sang Eres tú, the song with which Mocedades represented Spain at ESC 1973.

The contestants then took the stage, in a running order opened by Famous and completed by Vicco. During the voting period and while waiting for the results two more special guests performed: Álvaro Soler and Gloria Trevi.

The jury’s vote was the first to be announced and Blanca Palmoa was the most scored, as well as in the public vote. Ther desmoscopic jury preferred Vicco. With all the votations added up, Blanca Paloma won the semi-final with 167 points. In addition to her, José Otero, Karmento and Vicco were also qualified for Saturday’s final.
