Image: Screen capture RTS Wasting no time, OGAE Serbia chose Filip Baloš as its representative at OGAE Second Chance 2023. This is the annual online fan contest for the songs that didn’t won the national television selections for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).
OGAE Serbia voted for the OGAE Serbia Award in the final of Pesma za Evroviziju 23, the country’s national selection. Luke Black was the winner, winning also the event.
The voting also served to determine the Serbian representative at OGAE Second Chance, and the runner-up behind Luke Black was Filip Baloš with the song Novi plan drugi san. Thus, will defend his country’s OGAE in the fan contest.
