Image credits: Andrea Bianchera Due Vite will be the song with which Marco Mengoni represents Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2023. The artist won the Sanremo Festival in early February, but had not guaranteed that this would be the song that he would take to Liverpool.
At the time, Marco Mengoni told the Italian press that he was considering other songs. Recently, the singer released a playlist on Spotify clearing any doubts: «Due Vite – Road to Eurovision 2023». In addition, the title of the official music video on YouTube has now the label «Eurovision 2023».
The original version of the song is 3m46s long, so it will have to be adapted for ESC: the regulations dictate that the song must be three minutes long at most.
