Photo source: Facebook CYBC: Eurovision Cyprus Cyprus’ song for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025 was officially released this Tuesday on digital platforms.
The Mediterranean country will be represented by Theo Evan, who performs Shh. The song was written by Dimitris Kontopoulos, Elke Tiel, Elsie Bay, Lasse Nymann, and Linda Dale. As a reminder, Elsie Bay has reached the final of the Norwegian selection twice as a performer.
This is the third consecutive year that Cyprus’ song features lyrics in English, following two consecutive finals in 2023 and 2024. The country’s best result remains the second place in 2018.
Along with the song, the official music video was also released, which was directed by Theo Evan himself alongside Savvas Christou. The production is by Cult Experiences, led by Stavros Potamaris.
