Ukraine chooses Ziferblat and the song ‘Bird of Pray’ for Eurovision 2025

Ziferblat will represent Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025 after winning the Vidbir this Saturday. The trio competes with the song Bird of Pray.

There were ten contestants in the competition, which lasted about 4h30. Also performing were guests with past ESC appearances, including winners Jamala and Ruslana, as well as alyona alyona and Jerry Heil, who represented Ukraine last year, and Artem Kotenko, who represented the country at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) 2024.

The first participant to perform was Vlad Sheryf, and the DK Enerhetyk were the last on stage. The results were determined with equal weighting between the public televote and a jury panel in the studio, which included Jamala, Kateryna Pavlenko, and Serhiy Tanchynets.

The highest jury score, 10 points, went to KHAYAT, while the public preferred Ziferblat… who, with the combined voting, emerged as the winners with 19 points, ahead of the second-place finishers MOLODI, Masha Kondratenko, and KHAYAT, who scored 16 points.
