The first finalists of Benidorm Fest 2025 have been decided

There are already four finalists at the Benidorm Fest 2025. The first semi-final of Spain’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) took place this Tuesday.

Eight competitors took to the stage at the Palacio de Deportes L’Illa in Benidorm. KUVE was the first to perform, while the final performance was by Daniela Blasco.

In addition to the contestants, there were also guest performances by Edurne, Spain’s representative at ESC 2015, and the all-female band Ginebras, who performed after the voting had closed and before the results were announced.

The professional jury accounted for 50% of the result, while the public contributed the other 50% (25% via a free app and 25% via SMS). The national jurors were Claudia Orellana, Jaime Acero, Javier Llano, and Roberto Santamaría. The international jurors were Maja Tokic (Croatia), Mariangela Borneo (Italy), Oksana Skybinska (Ukraine), and Twan van de Nieuwenhuijzen (Netherlands).

Unlike in previous years, only the top four were announced, with the detailed results to be revealed after Saturday’s grand final. The jury selected Daniela Blasco, KUVE, Lachispa, and Lucas Bun for the top four. The public’s preferences were Daniela Blasco, KUVE, Lachispa, and Sonia & Selena. In the combined results, the finalists are Daniela Blasco, KUVE, Lachispa, and Lucas Bun.
