

This Saturday marks the end of the national selection phase for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025. Three more countries will choose their representatives: Portugal, San Marino, and Sweden.

20h00, Suécia – Melodifestivalen 2025, Final: SVT Play

- Format: The grand final of Melodifestivalen 2025 will take place at the Strawberry Arena in Stockholm, with 12 contestants performing on stage. There will be a single round of performances and voting, with the international jury and the public deciding the results, each holding an equal 50% weight. The jury votes will be revealed first, followed by the public votes to determine the winner.
- Voting: 50% international jury / 50% public
- Other details: Sarek will be inducted into the Hall of Fame with their song Genom eld och vatten, with which they competed in 2003, and they will also perform as guests. As for the international jury, it will include members from France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Norway, Serbia, and Switzerland.

- Format: After a lengthy selection process with multiple auditions and semifinals, the San Marino Song Contest 2025 will take place this Saturday. There are 20 candidates competing to represent San Marino at the ESC, who will perform on stage at the Teatro Nuovo in Dogana. The results will be entirely determined by a professional jury.
- Voting: 100% jury
- Other details: Al Bano is confirmed as the guest of honor, making his appearance at the San Marino contest for the third consecutive year. He will perform two songs and receive the Career Award from Secretary of State Federico Pedini Amati. Other guests will include Cristiano Malgioglio, La Rappresentante di Lista, and Senhit (who represented San Marino at ESC 2021).

- Format: The 12 finalists return to the stage at RTP studios in Lisbon. The final will have a single round of performances and voting, with the results determined by a regional jury and the public, each one counting 50%. As usual, the jury’s results will be revealed first, followed by the public votes to determine the winning song.

- Other details: In addition to the contestants, there will be performances by special guests: last year’s winner, iolanda, as well as João Borsch (with Maria João and Huca) and Expresso Transatlântico (with Ana Lua Caiano and The Legendary Tigerman).
