Picture credits: EBU / Corinne Cumming The candidates to represent Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025 have now been announced. Once again, Supernova will be the national selection.
There will be 20 contenders, with two of them aiming to return to the international competition: Citi Zēni, who represented Latvia in 2022 and were eliminated in the semi-final; and Justs, who participated in 2016 and finished in eighth place.
The songs are not yet known. The release of all entries is scheduled for December 4.
Supernova will have a semi-final on February 1, followed by the final on February 8. In both shows, the results will be determined by a combination of jury and public votes.
