Super «Eurovision» Saturday, including four finals: How to follow everything

This Saturday, there is much to be decided in terms of national representatives at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025.

In another Super Saturday, there are seven selection shows in various countries, including four finals: Finland, Latvia, Malta, and Ukraine. Here’s everything you need to know to follow each gala. The times are in Portugal Continental time.

 

17h30, Ukraine – Vidbir 2025, Final: YouTube, Facebook, Suspilne Kultura

  • Time: 17h30
  • Broadcast: YouTube (ESC, English, Ukrainian), Facebook, Suspilne Kultura
  • Format: Ten competitors will perform in a single round, with the results being decided equally by the public and the jury in the studio.
  • Other details: Several guests will also perform: last year’s winners, alyona alyona and Jerry Heil, as well as Kateryna Pavlenko, Mélovin, Ruslana (ESC 2004 winner), Tymofii Muzychuk, Tina Karol, Tvorchi, and Artem Kotenko with Svitlana Tabaraova.

  • Time: 20h00
  • Broadcast: LRT (WebsiteYouTube)
  • Format: A pre-recorded show with nine competitors. A single round of performances and voting, with the results decided equally by the public and the jury. The top two contestants will advance to the final, securing the last two spots as this is the last heat.
  • Other details: One of the competitors in this elimination is Ieva Zasimauskaitė, who represented Lithuania at ESC 2018 and was a finalist. Paulina Paukštaitytė is a guest artist, performing the song Pasilik Praeity.

20h00, Sweden – Melodifestivalen 2025, Heat 2: SVT 1

  • Time: 20h00
  • Broadcast: SVT 1
  • Format: The six participants will perform only once, but there will be two rounds of voting. In the first round, the winner is determined, and in the second round, the rest of the ranking is established. Two competitors will advance to the final, with one additional spot available in the «Final Qual» repêchage. Only the public votes.
  • Other details: This heat will take place at the Scandinavium in Gothenburg, the second different stop in the tour.

  • Format: The six participants will perform only once, with voting from the public (75%) and the international jury (25%). The highest-scoring participant in the combined votes will be the winner.
  • Other details: The final was supposed to have seven participants, but One Morning Left were disqualified. There will be guest performances, including Windows95man, who won last year.

  • Format: There are ten finalists, who will perform only once, being voted on by both the public and the jury. Each of these components accounts for 50% of the results.
  • Other details: It has been confirmed that Aminata, the representative of Latvia in ESC 2015, will perform as a guest. Among the competitors are Citi Zēni, who represented the country in 2022.
