Picture source: X @BenidormFestTVE The 16 songs competing in Benidorm Fest 2025 – Spain’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) – were released this Wednesday.
Until Friday, December 20, the songs will only be available on RTVE Play, after which they will be released on the artists’ respective digital platforms.
The RTVE broadcaster received nearly 1,000 applications, which were narrowed down to these 16 semifinalists. Benidorm Fest will take place at the Palau Municipal d’Esports l’Illa de Benidorm, with the first semifinal on January 28, the second on January 30, and the grand final on February 1.
Each semifinal will feature ten songs, with five advancing to the final. The results will be determined by a jury and televoting (votes via the app will count for 50% and SMS votes for the other 50%).
