This Friday marked the unveiling of the contestants for the Ethnikós Telikós 2025, Greece’s new selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).
The artists were first introduced during the Proían Se Eídon program, followed by the release of the competing songs a few hours later. A total of 12 finalists were chosen by broadcaster ERT from 187 submissions.
The Ethnikós Telikós is set to take place on January 30, with production managed by MAD. The results will be determined by a combination of public voting (50%) and two jury panels: an international jury and a national Greek jury, each contributing 25%.
This is the first time in a decade that Greece is holding a televised national final. The event will be hosted at the Christmas Theatre in Galatsi.
