The Teatro Ariston hosted the second night of the Sanremo Festival 2025 this Wednesday. The winner will have the opportunity to represent Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).
On this second night, 15 of the 29 «Campioni» contestants took the stage again to perform their competing songs, with some adjustments, particularly in terms of wardrobe. Rocco Hunt was the first to perform, and Willie Peyote closed the show.
On this night, voting was done by the public, as well as the radio jury. At the end, only the top five were revealed, without any additional details: Achille Lauro, Fedez, Giorgia, Lucio Corsi, and Simone Cristicchi.
There were also four more contestants from the «Nuove Proposte» category. They were divided into two duels to determine two finalists, with votes from the press room (33%), the radio jury (33%), and the public (34%).
In the first duel, Alex Wyse won against Vale LP and Lil Jolie, while in the second duel, Settembre triumphed over Maria Tomba.
