Natalie Balmix is out of Dora 2025 – Croatia’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).

The singer, who was set to perform the song Život ide dalje, has been disqualified. The final version of her submission, delivered on Sunday, was deemed by broadcaster HRT’s panel to have altered more than 50 percent of the song in terms of music, arrangements, and lyrics.

After consulting two independent music producers who confirmed that the final version constituted a new song, Natalie Balmix was excluded from Dora 2025.

As a result, Fenksta and the song Extra, one of four alternates, have been selected to replace her. Earlier, Lara feat. LSQ had voluntarily withdrawn, which led to the inclusion of the Swingers as replacements.

In the event of further withdrawals, two backup candidates remain: Patricia Gasparini and Ilyricum.
