Malta «serves» Miriana Conte and ‘Kant’ to Eurovision 2025

Miriana Conte will represent Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025 with the song Kant, after winning the Malta Eurovision Song Contest this Saturday.

The MESC final featured 16 contestants, with Miriana Conte opening the show and Stefan Galea performing last.

Special guests also took the stage, including Sarah Bonnici, last year’s MESC winner, and Alexander Rybak, who brought Norway to victory in ESC 2009 with Fairytale, which he performed once again tonight.

The jury vote (50% of the total) was revealed first, with Kristy Spiteri scoring 102 points. However, the public vote (also 50%) favored Miriana Conte, awarding her 94 points.

With a total of 182 points, Miriana Conte secured victory with Kant, finishing just eight points ahead of Kristy Spiteri, who placed second.
