

Saturday arrives, and the national selections return for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025. Tonight, there are four shows: three semi-finals and the grand final in Iceland, where the country will select its representative.

- Format: The six participants perform once at the Malmö Arena, but there are two rounds of voting, with the public having the final say. In the first round, the winner of the semifinal is decided. In the second round, the remaining five contestants compete for the second spot in the final and for the «Final qual» place, awarded to the second highest scorer in this second voting phase.

- Other details: Ace Wilder is confirmed as one of the guests, performing a new version of her song Busy Doin’ Nothing with the hosts, Edvin Törnblom and Keyyo, at the beginning of the show.

- Format: Ten competitors perform on stage at the RTP studios in Lisbon in a single round of performances. In the first voting phase, the jury and the public each have 50% of the say in the ranking, with the top five advancing to the final. The remaining five participants go to a second round of voting, but this time only by the public, to determine the sixth finalist.

- Other details: There will also be guest performances, not yet specified by RTP.
