Florian Wieder will be the stage designer for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025. The event will take place in May in Switzerland.
The German designer already has extensive experience, having designed the stage for the first time in 2011. With vast experience in large events and shows, Florian Wieder will be working on his eighth ESC edition as the stage designer.
The host broadcaster, SSR SRG, made this announcement just days before revealing more details about the event. On December 16, a press conference will be held to present the stage, theme, musical design, logo, and ticket sales.
The ESC will be held in Switzerland for the first time since 1989, following Nemo’s victory last May. The official list of participating countries has not yet been revealed.
