

There will be three hosts for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025. The event will take place at the St. Jakobshalle in Basel on May 13, 15, and 17.
Hazel Brugger, Michelle Hunziker, and Sandra Studer were announced by the broadcaster SRG SSR on Monday as the hosts. The last time there was a trio of presenters was in 2023 (Alesha Dixon, Hannah Waddingham, and Julia Sanina, with Graham Norton joining them in the final). In 2024, there were two hosts: Malin Åkerman and Petra Mede.
In addition to the live show hosts, the presenters of the pre-show party at St. Jakob-Park were also announced: Mélanie Freymond and Sven Epiney, who will also announce Switzerland’s jury points in the final.
Who are the presenters?
- Hazel Brugger: At 31, the presenter and comedian grew up in Switzerland and now lives in Germany. She has won several awards in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Michelle Hunziker: Globally known, she is 47 and has a career in various entertainment programs in Germany and Italy. She has hosted the Sanremo Festival on multiple occasions.
- Sandra Studer: The 55-year-old singer placed fifth for Switzerland at the ESC 1991 under the stage name Sandra Simó. She has had a career as an actress, singer, and presenter, and has also been involved with the ESC as a host, spokesperson, and commentator.
