Andorra has been absent from the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) since 2010, but a return could happen as early as 2026.
According to RAC 1, the Catalan broadcaster TV3 reportedly sent a delegation of entertainment department directors to Andorra. The goal? To discuss the possibility of the winner of Eufòria representing the country at ESC 2026.
Eufòria is a music competition organized by TV3 since 2022, featuring 16 participants. The prize for the winner is a contract with a record label.
There has been no official comment from either TV3 or the Andorran broadcaster RTVA – which, in fact, collaborated in selecting Andorra’s representative in 2004.
The Principality’s last participation was in 2009, after taking part every year since its debut in 2004 – even though it never qualified for the final.
