It is now official: Armenia’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2025 will take place on February 16.

Depi Evratesil returns after five years, as from 2021 to 2024, the broadcaster AMPTV opted for internal selections. Song submissions closed on January 10, and the strongest entries were chosen for an audition round to select the finalists.

The participants have not yet been revealed, and the songs will only be known during the live Armenian selection event. It will be held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex, which has already hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) twice.

Last year, Armenia achieved its best result since 2016, placing eighth. It was represented by Ladaniva with the song Jako.
