After a welcome video, the opening performance began with Zoé Clauzure, last year’s winner, and Sandra Valero, Spain’s representative in the same edition, performing the song Let’s Bloom. Following the flag parade, María Isabel joined them along with all the contestants of this year, and they performed a common song.

After this performance, the presenters took to the stage: Ruth Lorenzo, Marc Clotet, and Melani García. After the usual introductions, the competition performances began.

  • Italy/Simone Grande: Pigiama Party
    • Performance: Simone Grande started in a «room» at the center of the stage, before stepping out of the space to be joined by a total of three dancers by the end of the performance. The beginning was full of rhythm and energy, with vibrant colors, capturing the spirit of a true pajama party on the JESC stage.

  • Estonia/Annabelle: Tänavad
    • Performance: Annabelle, Estonia’s second-ever representative at JESC, was dressed in shades of pink. She started alone on stage, before being joined by two dancers in black as the rhythm picked up. Another dynamic performance this afternoon at the Caja Mágica.

  • Albania/Nikol Çabeli: Vallëzoj
    • Performance: Nikol Çabeli, wearing a floral dress, started alone on stage, with graphics that referenced the theme of nature, perfectly complementing the song’s message about natural beauty.

  • Armenia/Leo: Cosmic Friend
    • Performance: Accompanied by four dancers, Leo started in a rear position on stage, but as the rhythm picked up, he moved to the front, where a large circular structure was surrounded by smoke rising from the floor. A performance full of energy and color, with the theme of space exploration serving as inspiration… it was no coincidence, given the song’s title!

  • Cyprus/Maria Pissarides: Crystal Waters
    • Performance: Maria Pissarides, dressed in white, began alone in the middle of a mist, before four dancers joined her. On the LED screen, a waterfall appeared, while blue tones dominated the lighting… before fire became the prominent element in the final phase.

Before Titouan took the stage representing France, there was a short break with the hosts.

  • France/Titouan: Comme ci comme ça
    • Performance: Titouan wore a sweater adorned with symbols like a treble clef and a heart, and was accompanied by four dancers holding small drums. The performance became more colorful towards the end, building in intensity after a more monochromatic black-and-white start.

Between France and North Macedonia, there was a brief break in the performances, with Ruth Lorenzo sharing her testimony about her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2014.

  • North Macedonia/Ana & Aleksej: Marathon
    • Performance: At the beginning, the cameras focused on Ana, dressed in pink, before Aleksej, in black and pink, joined her. On the stage floor screen, the graphics created the sensation of a spinning vinyl, which later evolved into a starry sky. Lilac tones defined the color scheme of the performance, leading up to a rainbow at the end.

  • Poland/Dominik Arim: All Together
    • Performance: Dominik Arim performed with four dancers. The graphics featured nature-inspired motifs, showcasing various landscapes and animals, while smoke rose from the stage. A performance that leaned into emotion and sentiment at the Caja Mágica.

  • Georgia/Andria Putkaradze: To My Mom
    • Performance: Andria Putkaradze began the performance sitting at a desk, writing, before being joined by a boy. It was an interesting and powerful ballad, with the graphics being heavily used to showcase images related to childhood.

  • Spain/Chloe DelaRosa: Como la Lola
    • Performance: About three minutes full of energy. Chloe DelaRosa started alone on stage in a structure, before two dancers joined her. Later, part of the structure was removed from the stage, and two more dancers entered, with plenty of movement from all five girls. Colorful, appealing graphics simulated a TikTok feed. Assertive language aimed at the event’s target age group.

  • Germany/Bjarne: Save the Best for Us
    • Performance: Bjarne started alone on stage, before being joined by five dancers. The LED screen at the back of the stage displayed colorful graphics related to nature and the environment during part of the performance.

Another brief pause in the performances followed, with Ruth Lorenzo interacting with the audience, before Marc Clotet and Melani García took over at another part of the stage.

  • The Netherlands/Stay Tuned: Music
    • Performance: The Netherlands brought a lot of energy and dance from the very first moments of Stay Tuned on stage. Plenty of light, color, and movement, creating another dynamic and lively moment on the stage in Madrid.

  • San Marino/Idols SM: Come noi
    • Performance: The Idols SM marked San Marino’s return to JESC. The four girls brought little movement and dynamics to the performance, with much of the energy coming from the graphics and the camera work.

  • Ukraine/Artem Kotenko: Hear Me Now
    • Performance: Artem Kotenko and the four dancers were dressed in silver tones. After a more static beginning, the performance gained a lot of movement during the more rhythmic phase. Four rectangles, held by the dancers, were a key scenic element, on a stage lit in light tones.

  • Portugal/Victoria Nicole: Esperança
    • Performance:
On a stage with smoke rising from the ground and in dark tones, Victoria Nicole started seated at the piano, before standing up as the song gained momentum. More light was also introduced. A moving performance by the young Portuguese artist, who was dressed in light blue.

  • Ireland/Enya Cox Dempsey: Le chéile
    • Performance: Enya Cox Dempsey started the performance alone on a very colorful stage, before being joined by four dancers. Following the Portuguese ballad, it became a lively performance full of dance and energy.

  • Malta/Ramires Sciberras: Stilla ċkejkna
    • Performance: Ramires Sciberras began alone, holding a glowing cube on a dark stage with snow falling around him. The scene later shifted to warm colors, with the Sun and fireworks displayed on the LED screen in the background, which also featured images from the singer’s childhood.

After the competing performances, online voting reopened, followed by a first recap of the performances before the first interval act, Time to Bloom.

Once the act concluded, Melani García went backstage before a second recap. A few minutes later, voting was closed. There was a brief visit to the green room before Abraham Mateo took the stage with the song Maníaca.

After this second interval act, and another visit to the green room, with Zoé Clauzure returning to the broadcast, the jury votes presentation began — not before Martin Österdahl, the executive supervisor, gave the “green light.”

Andria Putkaradze, from Georgia, led the jury vote with 180 points, and then spoke with Melani García in the green room… before the public votes were revealed. The audience favored Victoria Nicole, representing Portugal, with 117 points.

In the final tally, Andria Putkaradze from Georgia was crowned the winner with a total of 239 points, and was then proclaimed as the winner. The trophy was handed, and Andria had the chance to make a brief speech on stage.

The hosts then closed the show, followed by the traditional winning performance.
