Picture source: Instagram @austejalukaite The second heat of Eurovizija.LT 2025 has one less contestant. Austėja Lukaitė had to withdraw due to the flu and will not continue in the competition for Lithuania’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC).
The show was filmed this Tuesday with the remaining eight participants, as Austėja Lukaitė was not replaced, according to the broadcaster LRT.
Only two of the eight will advance to the final, which is scheduled for February 15 in Kaunas. The second heat will be broadcast this Saturday, with the results determined by a jury and the public, each holding a 50 percent share.
The first heat saw Anyaanya and Justė Baradulinaitė advance. In total, there will be five heat, up to February 8.
